Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected during checkout.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:
- Outerwear: Due to hygiene reasons, outerwear items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. You can use the template provided below.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to be processed:
